KPA Request Form

The purpose of this form is to request a KPA be initiated for yourself or a potential new hire. KPA's, or Keller Personality Assessments are a great way to gauge how a candidate may fit in with the rest of your group or team. It's a quick easy way to get a baseline to determine a candidates skills and what role they are best suited for!

KPA's are free and can be requested at any time. Please allow 1-2 business days for all KPA requests to be processed. When the KPA is initiated, the candidate will be sent a link to complete the assessment. If they did not receive an invite in their email, you can reach out to frontdesk@kwmcgf.com for the link to be sent directly to you. Upon completion of the KPA, you should receive a copy of a Job Fit Report, Job Match Report, and a Personal Report for the Candidate.
